Romance is in the air in Springfield in Season 22, as a number of its residents find love in unusual places. Principal Skinner falls for a new music teacher (voice of Kristen Wiig), whose daughter (Alyson Hannigan) in turn has a crush on Bart. And in the finale, Ned Flanders begins dating schoolteacher Edna Krabappel, but their blossoming relationship is complicated by the latter's extensive dating history (the episode originally ended with a message from Homer and Marge saying that fans can go online to vote on whether they want the pair to stay together or break up). In other events, Lisa goes to a performing-arts camp, Mr. Burns learns he's dying and Moe tries his luck at dating.
