Heroes and victims of Sept. 11, 2001, and the fight against terrorism are saluted in the 13th annual commemoration of military sacrifice, taped on the Capitol's West Lawn. WWII vet Ossie Davis hosts the mix of music, readings and archival clips. The program also recalls 1942's Bataan Death March. Performers include Charlotte Church, Chicago, Tony Danza, Broadway's Heather Headley, Joe Mantegna, Richard Schiff, Steve Buscemi, Charles Durning, and New York's "singing policeman," Daniel Rodriguez.
