Season 3 of Showtime's The Affair picks up three years after Noah (Dominic West) took the fall for the murder of Scotty Lockhart (Colin Donnell). In the interim, the show's central adulterer has completed his prison sentence and emerged a different man — less confident and somehow even more sullen. But the demons he encountered in prison aren't behind him now that he's free.
That's because, as we'll find out, a security guard (played by a terrifyingly beefed-up Brendan Fraser) is causing Noah some serious PTSD. We can't tell you exactly what went down between them, but there's a very good reason that Noah is worried that his former guard is apprised of his whereabouts now that he's on the outside. Further, while Noah thinks that the entire Lockhart drama is behind him, he should actually keep an eye over his shoulder, or he might never find the redemption he's looking for.
