Ratings: NCIS, NCIS: LA Finales Lead the Way; Glee, Cougar Town Drop

CBS topped Tuesday in viewership and the adults 18-to-49 demographic, thanks to the season finales ofNCISandNCIS: Los Angeles.
The mothership series earned 18.7 million viewers and a 3.5 rating, rising four-tenths in the demo from last week. The two-hour NCIS: LA closer averaged 15.12 million viewers and a 3.0, on par with last week.

America's Got Talent(10.4 million, 3.4) was down a tad from Monday's premiere, but it markeda season high for NBC in the 8 p.m. hour. Back in its usual 10 p.m. slot, Fashion Star (4.9 million, 1.6) ended its freshman season on good note, improving slightly on last week's numbers, when it aired at 8 p.m.

Glee: How did New Directions do at Nationals?

Glee's two-hour Nationals episode drew 6 million viewers and a 2.5, down 7 percent from last week.On ABC, Cougar Town, which aired back-to-back episodes, slumped to a series low of 3.3 million and a 1.0. Dancing with the Stars (12.9 million, 2.2) was also down, but the season finale of Private Practice climbed nearly 30 percent to 7 million viewers and a 1.8.On The CW, the season finale of 90210 earned 1.09 million viewers and a 0.5, while The L.A. Complex (0.57 million, 0.2) dropped to a series low in the demo.8 p.m.
