Question: I'm one of the last people one would expect to watch Downton Abbey, but after hearing the endless raves about it, I made it through the first season on DVD during a weekend, and a new episode is now one of the highlights of my TV-watching week. Premise: A 'Grey's Anatomy' spin-off focusing on neonatal surgeon Addison Forbes Montgomery, who left Seattle Grace and moved to L.A., where she practices at (and owns) the upscale Oceanside Wellness Clinic. Colleagues include her boyfriend, Dr. Sam Bennett; pediatrician Cooper Freedman and sexlogist Charlotte King, who are married to each other, as are psychiatrist Violet Turner and alternative-medicine specialist Pete Wilder; and Amelia Shepherd, the sister of Addison's former Seattle colleague Derek.
