The Oscars are over, but that doesn't mean people aren't still obsessing over who wore what. TV Guide Network went to In Touch senior editor Kim Serafin to get her expert opinion on whose fashion left a lasting impression and whose fell short. Hear what they said about Freida Pinto's blue dress, wildcard Mickey Rourke's no-tux number and dog necklace, and of course, Angelina Jolie's ginormous emeralds, which left everyone saying, "What dress?"
