Britney Spears gave birth to a baby boy Wednesday afternoon, according to an US Weekly report. The first-time mom delivered the child via Caesarean section at the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center in California. At the pop princess' side was hubby Kevin Federline, who has two children from a previous relationship. No name for the baby was immediately announced, but we're guessing it won't be Justin.
