Jeremy Renner Marries Sonni Pacheco

First comes baby, then comes marriage!

Jeremy Renner has quietly married his girlfriend, Sonni Pacheco, Capitol Filemagazine reports. Pacheco gave birth to her and Renner's first child last year, while they were broken up.

When asked by Capitol File whether he was married to Pacheco, Renner, 43, replied "yes." However, he added, "I have tried to protect my family's privacy, my wife's privacy. I don't need her to get hammered with my life."

Pacheco and Renner's daughter Ava was born in March 2013. The actor tellsCapitol File becoming a father later in life is "the best thing I have ever done."

"I really love being a father," he tells Capitol File. "I can't wait for her to get older, but I really enjoy her now. She's the greatest. She's into her sticker phase."

Renner will next be seen in the movie Kill the Messenger, which opens Oct. 10. Pacheco is also an actress.
