The Dynasty Season 2 Trailer Is Full of Drama, But Lacking in Cristal

We need to see the "real" one, already!

The drama is heating up on Dynasty and we still have a couple more weeks before the Carringtons officially return to wreak havoc. The Season 2 trailer has arrived, and Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) and Blake (Grant Show) are up to their usual tricks. But the trailer fails to address one of fans' biggest burning questions: Where is "real" Cristal?

Ana-Brenda Contreras takes over the role of Cristal from Nathalie Kelley in the sophomore season, but she's nowhere to be seen in the Season 2 trailer, which makes us all the more anxious to find out when she's going to drop in on the Carringtons.

Don't worry though; there's plenty of action in her absence. The season kicks off with the family celebrating the 100th anniversary of Carrington Atlantic. It looks like a great party, though we have to wonder exactly what "Blake Time" means? Someone get that man some water. Elsewhere, Fallon is already jumping into bed with her business partner Liam (Adam Huber), which always ends well on this show, and Blake is also shown to have grown a breakup beard and is throwing punches at reporters. The fun never stops with this crew.

Dynasty Season 2 premieres Friday, Oct. 12 at 8/7c on The CW.
