Britney Spears has obtained a three-year restraining order against her former manager, Sam Lutfi.L.A. Spears' father and co-conservator of her estate, Jamie Spears, filed for a restraining order in January. He claimed that Lutfi, Eardley and Spears' ex-boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, conspired to gain control over Spears' affairs and have repeatedly tried to contact her.
Spears obtained a three-year restraining order against Ghalib last month.
Lutfi will appeal the ruling, his attorney said.
