A detective (Patric Knowles) probes killings attributed to a mysterious avenger (Lionel Atwill). Anne Gwynne, Samuel S. Hinds, Mona Barrie. William Nigh directed.

A slipshod whodunit which has a mysterious killer trying to kill off acquitted murderers who were saved from judicial justice by lawyer Hinds. The strangest case of all is the script and how anyone is supposed to make sense of it. Shemp Howard, on hiatus from The Three Stooges, tries unsuccessfully to add some comedy.
