Out of Control Reviews

This dreary exploitation effort unites a number of disparate genres. Keith (Martin Hewitt) is a high school student from a rich family who offers to take a number of classmates for a weekend excursion to an island his parents own. On the way, though, the airplane develops trouble and crashes into the ocean. The pilot is killed, but the youngsters aboard manage to swim to a nearby island. They realize their island is completely uninhabited except for a gang of vicious smugglers bent on terrorizing the kids and raping the girls. The film is never involving, and one never cares if this really obnoxious bunch of kids survives or not. The writing is wretched, the acting stiff, and the direction tired. Definitely one to miss.
