Meetings with Remarkable Men Reviews

This film is based on the memoirs of G.I. Gurdjieff, the inspirational and meditative cult figure who set out across Asia to discover the essence of life. He begins his search as a questioning youngster, and develops into a knowledgeable teacher who mixes dance and meditation. Directed by the theatrical experimentalist Peter Brook, the film is never quite as remarkable as the men Gurdjieff meets.
