One-time ice skating star Henie plays the wife of hockey player O'Shea. Her husband has been barred from the game because of his frequent fighting. He tries to make a comeback as an ice-show performer, but his drinking causes him to fail. Henie, on the other hand, becomes a star skater. The two split but hook up again in the end when O'Shea turns over a new leaf. Henie was a wonderful skater, but she had limited acting ability. The skating numbers are entertaining, but the story line is weak.
