Youthful cowboy hero Buzz Barton keeps things buzzing along in the cheaply-assembled western Human Targets. The real star of the proceedings, however, is canine hero Rin-Tin-Tin, still in harness at the age of 16. The villains are gang of gold hijackers, whose skullduggery as plunged the people the audience cares about into poverty. But Barton proves himself worthy of the challenge of bringing the culprits to justice, while Rinty joins the fray by chewing a few hairy ankles. Several silent-screen western veterans are in attendance in Human Targets, including Franklin Farnum, Edmund Cobb, Ted Adams, and Hoot Gibson's ex-wife Helen Gibson.
