Another flat-tire biker film that has the real Oakland chapter of the Hell's Angels in featured roles. Stern and Slate are two East Coast rich kids who come to Las Vegas to rob Caesar's Palace. They trick Barger and his Angels into creating a diversion and the job goes perfectly. Angry because they were fooled, the Angels chase Stern, Slate, and gang defector Van Dyke across the desert and give them their just desserts.
