Arlen is a seafront garbage collector who doesn't like women. One day on his garbage collecting boat he picks up Allen, who is trying to drown herself. He also gets the baby a woman left at his doorstep and a story that goes nowhere. The garbage collector gets into many unbelievable situations, and all the characters are improbable.
