Uninspired programmer featuring ex-cowboy star Livingston as the cocky big-city reporter who moves to a small town to take over a newspaper he half owns. Of course he brings his tough, antagonistic reporting style with him and stirs up plenty of trouble for the opposition's mayoral candidate until the politician's pretty niece, Terry, teaches the brash reporter a lesson.
