C.H.O.M.P.S. Reviews

Bain's ailing security systems company is going down the drain, and a young electronics genius, Eure, comes up with C.H.O.M.P.S., which is short for Canine Home Protection System. His invention is a robot dog, powerful and vicious when activated, that he hopes will stop a crime wave and help him win Bain's daughter, Bertinelli. The head of a rival company, Backus, hears about the dog and wants it for his firm, so he devises a plan to sabotage Bain's operation. Buttons and McCann do what they can as the saboteurs limned by a bumbling script, but of course Eure wins out in the end. The real hero from start to finish is the dog, C.H.O.M.P.S.
