A collection of scenes of the French town of Cassis and the nearby Mediterranean Sea by noted avant-garde director Jonas Mekas, which he accomplished by hanging a camera from his window and shooting a few frames every few minutes. The house where Mekas stayed, was the historic home of his friend, American filmmaker Jerome Hill, a place that Napoleon and Winston Churchill once occupied.
