Passed over for promotion to lieutenant for the third time, police detective Foster turns bad. With the help of a shady blonde (Blair) he plots to kill a jewel thief he's investigating, then to take off for Mexico with the gems and the blonde. Things don't work out as planned, though, and the conclusion finds Foster shot dead and Blair in the clink. It's not bad for grade-B crime drama.
