Maslany (Orphan Black), who received a Golden Globe nomination last year, will face off in drama actress against Claire Danes (Homeland),Viola Davis (How to Get Away with Murder), Julianna Margulies (The Good Wife), defending champMaggie Smith (Downton Abbey) and Robin Wright (House of Cards). If Margulies wins, she'll hold the sole record for most SAG wins in history with nine; she's currently tied with Alec Baldwin with eight.

Like it just did at the Emmys, Modern Family will aim for its fifth straight win in comedy ensemble. It's up against the casts of The Big Bang Theory, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Orange Is the New Black and Veep. Modern Family stars Ty Burrell, who won last year, and Eric Stonestreet wilL face Louis C.K. (Louie), Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory) and William H. Macy (Shameless) for comedy actor.
Two-time drama ensemble champ Boardwalk Empire will go for a third trophy against Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones, House of Cards and Homeland.
Boardwalk's Steve Buscemi (Boardwalk Empire) will also vie for his third statuette in drama actor against Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones), Kevin Spacey (House of Cards) and True Detective'sWoody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey.

The best movies of 2014
In film, Birdman led the way with four nominations, including ensemble. It's up against Boyhood, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Imitation Game and The Theory of Everything.
The 21st annual Screen Actors Guild Awards will air live Sunday, Jan. 25 at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on TNT and TBS.
