Moulin Rouge's Oscar chances got a major boost Sunday night when the movie musical won top honors at the 13th annual Producers Guild Awards. The winner of the Producers prize has gone on to win the Academy Award for best picture nine out of 12 times. Other victors at the Los Angeles-based ceremony: TV drama (NBC's The West Wing); TV comedy (HBO's Sex and the City); and TV movie/miniseries (HBO's Band of Brothers).
