In a surprising twist, Clark flips the switch when he sets out to rescue Jor-El (Julian Sands) from Zod instead of the other way around. Why Jor-El is poking around at the Kent farm is another question, but he encounters Chloe there and that's bound to be fun. Meanwhile, a misguided Zod, convinced that Jor-El is the Blur, teams up with Tess to hunt him down. This, of course, is why Clark is trying to rescue his father. — Rhoda Charles

Unfortunately, SpongeBob and his pals are locked in a freezer on the big day, but they pass the time by sharing flashbacks. Meanwhile, Patchy the Pirate attempts to get SpongeBob and celebrity guests to appear on his TV special. Ricky Gervais narrates, Pink performs, and such stars as Robin Williams, Will Ferrell, Tina Fey and LeBron James make appearances. — Jennifer Sankowski

This new animated series is based on a short that debuted on Random! Cartoons. It focuses on two little boys who are so passionate about comic books that they wear their superhero costumes everywhere they go. Fanboy is the leader, and little Chum Chum is his loyal sidekick. In this first outing, they eagerly befriend a new student who was kicked out of a wizards academy. Then Fanboy learns to value Chum Chum's friendship after he temporarily trades him for a shiny new toy robot. — Jennifer Sankowski

Monk knew that getting back on the Force would require him to jump through some hoops, but he's pushed to the limit when his efforts land him on a camping trip with the son of a reinstatement-committee member. Not only is he forced to spend time in nature, but Monk also has to go out of his comfort zone in order to relate to kids, which proves to be no small task.
