And do you ship?
Back in the early days of The Blacklist, fans shipped Liz Keen (Megan Boone) and Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff), FBI agents with personal chemistry despite having clashing relationships to Raymond Reddington (James Spader) -- Liz was the crook's No. 1 person inside the FBI, while Ressler had devoted his career to bringing Reddington to justice. But Liz was married to Tom (Ryan Eggold), so the ship remained the stuff of fan fiction writers' imaginations.
But Tom's been dead for a while now, and it seems like Liz might be ready to get back out there? There was definitely some chemistry going on between her and Ressler in "Marko Janowics." She let him in on her secret that the man they know as Raymond Reddington is an impostor, and later he lied under oath to protect her investigation, betraying his strict moral code. And they got rid of a dead body together. How romantic!

Creator Jon Bokenkamp told TV Guide that he doesn't know what's going on with those two, but relationships are always growing and evolving, even Liz and Ressler. "All emotional relationships are a little bit on hold with her while she's trying to figure out what this relationship is with this imposter that has come into her life," Bokenkamp said. "But yes, I would acknowledge that there was something over that weekend episode. That episode that took place sort of over the weekend, where they were cleaning up her mess and a number of dead bodies, that did feel rather flirty."
So we might see them get together for a while, but the seeds are being planted. Maybe that's a Season 7 story.
The Blacklist airs Fridays at 9/8c on NBC. Previous seasons are available to stream on Netflix.
