Event producer Joel Gallen insists stars participating in Shelter from the Storm: A Concert for the Gulf Coast will not be censored if they veer from the script — and that includes scheduled performers/rabble-rousers Kanye West and the Dixie Chicks. "The only precautions we have right now," he says, "are for language." Besides, everyone knows Sela Ward's the one you have to watch out for.
