USA Network is developing its own two-hour TV movie about former Big Apple mayor Rudolph Giuliani. According to Variety, the pic will be based on Wayne Barrett's book Rudy! An Investigative Biography of Rudolph Giuliani. This is the second Giuliani biopic in the works: Last month, producers Lorenzo Minoli and Russ Kagen optioned the rights to Andrew Kirtzman's book Rudy Giuliani: Emperor of the City &#150 The Story of America's Mayor. The duo currently are shopping the project around to the networks.
