Hours after prosecutors filed a DUI charge against Richie Sambora, he struck a deal. The Bon Jovi guitarist, who was arrested on suspected DUI last month, plead no contest to one misdemeanor count of driving with an illegal blood-alcohol content while driving, says the AP.The second charge, of driving under the influence of alcohol, was dropped in exchange for the plea. Sambora, who was not present at the Tuesday hearing in Orange County, was sentenced to three years of informal probation, a three-month alcohol awareness class for first-time offenders, plus court fees. When Sambora was arrested March 25, he was found with two children and a woman in the car. Child endangerment charges will not be filed. — Anna Dimond
