Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for mental health issues at a facility in Arizona. Locklear's rep, Cece Yorke, said Tuesday: "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment." Hours after prosecutors filed a DUI charge against Richie Sambora, he struck a deal. The Bon Jovi guitarist, who was arrested on suspected DUI last month, plead no contest to one misdemeanor count of driving with an illegal blood-alcohol content while driving, says the AP.The second charge, of driving under the influence of alcohol, was dropped in exchange for the plea. Sambora, who was not present at the Tuesday hearing in Orange County, was sentenced to three years of informal probation, a three-month alcohol awareness class for first-time offenders, plus court fees.
