The Academy of Country Music Awards led CBS to an easy victory Sunday night, despite dropping off last year's mark.
The awards ceremony averaged 12.9 million viewers and a 3.1 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, down 6 percent from last year.

Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Taylor Swift win big at ACMs

Going against the ACMs, ABC saw series lows for Once Upon a Time (8.2 million, 2.7) and GCB (5.84 million, 1.9), which fell 7 and 10 percent from the previous week, respectively. Desperate Housewives (8.38 million, 2.6) remained steady.NBC's three-hour episode of Celebrity Apprentice (5.9 million, 1.8) was also flat compared to last week's usual two-hour helping. But the show grew every hour and outdrew the 0.8 rating its lead-in Harry's Law has been earning in the 8 o'clock hour.8 p.m.
