Oscar Nuñez has joined USA's upcoming half-hour comedy Benched.

The Office actor will play a colleague of Eliza Coupe's character Nina, a corporate attorney who is forced to become a public defender after a very public breakdown.Better Off Ted's Jay Harrington plays another of Nina's colleagues, Phil, who happens to be an avid gambler.
