ORANGE YOU GLAD IT WASN'T A GUN
Hilary Swank has been fined $163 for smuggling forbidden fruit into New Zealand earlier this year. The two-time Oscar-winner apparently forgot to declare an apple and an orange while arriving at the airport on Jan. 15 on a flight from Los Angeles. Oddly enough, Swank did remember to declare Troy Nankin "my best friend and publicist" to customs officials. Go figure.
