President Barack Obama will deliver a prime-time Oval Office address Tuesday about the end of the United States' combat mission in Iraq.
The address, which will be broadcast on all four major networks, will be Obama's second from the Oval Office since taking office, following his June address on the BP oil spill. Obama, who promised during his campaign to withdraw American troops from Iraq, will honor those who have served in war since the March 2003 invasion.

President Obama outlines plan for America's "worst environmental disaster"

The address is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET and will air on CBS, NBC, ABC and Fox. Programs scheduled during that hour include new episodes of Wipeout and Minute to Win It, and repeats of NCIS and Glee — all of which will be bumped by at least 15 minutes.CNN, CNBC, MSNBC and Fox News will also provide coverage of the address.
