I hate this strike! Why ...
Question: I hate this strike! Why aren't they negotiating? Answer: Beats me, but it's really annoying, isn't it? BTW, a bunch of you have been asking me what you can do to support the strike, and this site has a ton of good suggestions. There's also this petition, which, at last count, was within striking distance of 50K signatures. But the best thing you can probably do is educate yourself on the issues that led to the work stoppage. And for my money, this editorial penned by EW columnist Mark Harris offers the most intelligent take on the situation that I've seen.
