After an interminable 17-month hiatus, AMC's Mad Men is finally back! Because it's been so long since we last visited the offices of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce, we'll be playing catch-up with the show's most important story lines all week before the show's two-hour premiere on Sunday, March 25 at 9/8c.

Mad Men refresher course: Who is the father of Joan's baby?
WHERE WE LEFT OFF
Now married to political aide Henry Francis (Christopher Stanley), Betty (January Jones) continued a bitter battle with ex-husband Don (Jon Hamm) because she had not yet moved out of Don's house in Ossining. The arguments only got worse when the couple's daughter Sally (Kiernan Shipka) cut her hair, was caught masturbating at a friend's house and later ran away to the city to be with Don.
Sally began seeing a child psychologist to talk through her feelings, but seemed to get the most comfort from her budding friendship with another child of divorce, Glen Bishop (Marten Weiner), the neighbor with whom Betty had a strange relationship in Season 1. When Betty found out how much time the children had spent together, she decided to move the family to a new home in Rye. When Carla (Deborah Lacey) allowed Glen to see Sally one last time before the move against Betty's wishes, Betty fired her.

Mad Men refresher course: What's up with Don's love life?

While Betty struggled with Don and Sally, tensions also grew between her and Henry, who didn't support the decision to fire the children's nanny. Not so coincidentally, Betty showed up at the house just as Don was arriving to meet the realtor. She batted her eyelashes and came as close as she could to admitting she might have been wrong to kick Don out. "Things aren't perfect," she said. Unfortunately, Don revealed he was engaged to his secretary Megan (Jessica Paré), shattering any hopes Betty might have had about reconciling.BURNING QUESTIONS (AND OUR BEST GUESSES)
Will Betty still be married to Henry?
She's not going to be paying for a big house in Rye by herself. Plus, we can't imagine Betty wanting to be divorced twice. That said, being married and being happy are two different things. (And really, when has Betty ever been happy?)

Will Betty make another play for Don?
Although news of his engagement was a tough pill to swallow, Betty's reaction to the bombshell was handled as maturely as we've ever seen. We don't expect her to play home-wrecker, but we also wouldn't be surprised to see her swoop in if things with Megan don't pan out.
Will Betty be pregnant in Season 5?
Although there were no hints of another baby last season, January Jones was eight months pregnant in real life when production on Season 5 began. If her character is not pregnant on the show, look for her to be hiding behind refrigerator doors or lying in bed a lot.
Will Sally still be living with Betty?
Married or not, we don't see Don taking the kids away from Betty. Sally and brother Bobby sure seemed to enjoy Megan's French lullaby, though...
Mad Men premieres Sunday at 9/8c on AMC.
