Jackson (Jesse Williams) may have already moved on romantically from April (Sarah Drew) on Grey's Anatomy, but it's going to take a bit longer for her to recover from their complicated relationship. Despite finalizing their divorce and telling Maggie (Kelly McCreary) of Jackson's feelings for her, the attending trauma surgeon isn't quite ready to let go.

"I don't think she's ready to move on," Sarah Drew confirms to TV Guide.

And who can blame her? She and Jackson are still best friends and work side-by-side every day at Grey Sloan, making any efforts to move forward all the more difficult. Though tough, it's not an impossible task and something April will continue to strive toward achieving.

"I think she'd like to say that she's moving on. I think she knows that's the most evolved thing to do but I don't think she's there yet," added Drew.

With a crisis of faith also heavy on the brain, it looks like Sarah has a lot of self-reflecting to do.
