A Charmed reunion is coming to Grey's Anatomy this fall! Two of the former Halliwell sisters, Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs, will play sisters once more on an episode of Grey's Anatomy airing this October.

Milano and Combs will play two sisters who must decide whether to take their third sister off life support when she's declared brain dead after a construction site accident, according to People, who first reported the news. "With all the feels and I mean ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL," Combs teased to her fans on Twitter after the announcement was made.

The Charmed reunion is just one part of ABC's "#CastfromthePast" reunion event, which will be taking place across the network during the second week of October.

John Goodman's Blues Brother's buddy Dan Aykroyd is heading to The Conners on Tuesday, Oct. 8, with Michael Ian Black joining his Wet Hot American Summerco-star Lake Bell on Bless this Mess, and Tracee Ellis Ross centering a Girlfriends reunion on black-ish the same night.

Friday's TGIF block will feature a Drew Carey Show reunion for Deidrich Bader with Drew Carey, Ryan Stiles and Kathy Kinney on American Housewife. Ken Jeong will return to Fresh Off the Boat for a special episode with his Crazy Rich Asians co-star Constance Wu.

The week will cap off with a Castle reunion on The Rookie when Jon Huertas and Seamus Dever show up for their old friend Nathan Fillion.
