Game of Thrones Casts Daenerys' New Frenemy

Game of Thrones has cast Joel Fry in the key role of Hizdahr zo Loraq, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Hizdahr is the "young scion of an ancient Meereenese family who crosses paths with Daenerys Targaryen," and will hold huge sway over Khaleesi's life and her attempt to conquer Slaver's Bay.

Fry is best known for the film 10,000 BC and has also appeared in British sitcoms White Van Man and Trollied.

Game of Thrones will return in spring 2014.
