As we've have feared and expected for months, NBC is pulling the plug on its '60s family drama American Dreams, per The Hollywood Reporter. Earlier this year, the network struggled to find a time slot for the three-year-old series, but only worsened its ratings slide by moving it from Sundays at 8 to Wednesdays at 8. Fans, you're finally going to have to accept what I'm always telling my parents, "The '60s are over!" The '70s, meanwhile, seem to be lasting forever.
