In the video below, you can see that she's not just capitalizing on looking like Bieber, but sounding like him, too: on AGT she performed a "Baby" parody in which she sung about her resemblance. Her career trajectory is so similar to Bieber's so far, consistency demands that she start dating a Disney star soon.
