Gaffigan is teaming with Rescue Meco-creator Peter Tolan for the series, to which CBS recently gave a put pilot commitment that almost guarantees a series pickup. The pair will co-write the single-camera comedy, which is set in New York and stars Gaffigan as a guy who shares a two-bedroom apartment with his wife and five children.
