Morris stars in this rewarding father-and-son drama set against the backdrop of deep-sea tuna fishing. After a string of bad luck culminates with Morris' father being thrown from the boat and hospitalized for shock, Morris makes plans to sell the craft. He is talked into taking the ship out just once more, this time with his father on board, in the hope that it will cure the latter's shock. Of course Dad comes around, the fishing trip is a success, the debts they've amassed are paid off, and Morris takes his childhood sweetheart in his arms.
