The Singing Cowboy is reunited with his old sidekick, Burnette, as the two team to bring the crooked Hall to justice for his part in forming a western crime syndicate. Autry is a postal inspector, while Burnette plays an agent posing as a horse doctor, roles that only the charm of these two performers keep from being mundane stereotypes.
