Two Solitudes Reviews

The conflicts that arose during and after WW I in the French- and English-speaking provinces of Canada are brought to the screen. Town squire Aumont is finally ruined in his attempts to promote industry in his small town when his own son sides with Keach and exposes his antireligious sentiments. Since the picture is concerned with the French-versus-English language areas, it is odd that the picture employs only the English language.
