A taut little crime programmer featuring "Leave It to Beaver" star Mathers as a young boy shocked into silence after witnessing three crooks, Barrymore, Allen, and Sarracini, commit a murder and then kidnap his mother. Though police know that his mother has been kidnaped, Mathers' mute state leaves them helpless in looking for clues. Finally, by following Mathers around and piecing the events together through tedious detail work, the investigators track down the criminals.
