A really strange murder mystery about a hunchbacked radio singer who hires a good-looking stand-in to double for him when he must make personal appearances. When a lovely young lady arrives at the station seeking the crooner's help in starting a singing career, the hunchback falls in love, but becomes upset when the woman thinks the stand-in is him. Thinking that his double is courting the girl, the hunchback decides to kill him, but discovers that someone has beaten him to it. The police think the hunchback is guilty, of course, and they shoot him after giving chase. In the end the girl turns out to be the real killer.
