In this 3-D comedy, Steve Guttenberg plays Sam, a detective who gets hold of a dying scientist's formula that renders people invisible. He is then pursued throughout the rest of the film by US and Russian agents who are afraid that the formula will get into the wrong hands and be used to upset the balance of world power.
