Rhodes is an aging, small-time country and western singer whose longtime duet partner, Fuller, dumps him to pursue a solo career. On top of that, he is hounded by his ex-wife and beat up and has to visit his son in jail. This recommended film is a well-done, low-budget look at a man facing middle age and mediocrity.
