The Hand Reviews

This bizarre crime film begins during WW II in Burma, where a British captain (Bond) and two of his men (de Rouen and Coleman) are captured and tortured for information. When they refuse to talk, de Rouen and Coleman have their right hands severed by their captors. Bond, however, gives in and retains his hand. Years later, a series of amputation murders takes place in London and the detectives eventually trace the killings to Bond. Chased by the cops, Bond flees across some train tracks, trips, and--you guessed it--has his hand severed by an oncoming train.
