A twist to the usual oater theme throws in an element of humanity when Elliott takes it upon himself to set an example for a young man lost in idealized romanticism about his outlaw father. Ample opportunity remains for Elliott to display his fancy form of gun handling, enough at least to convince the youth that a life of crime is not necessarily the most heralded.
